Your heart sings in pulsations of rhythm and frequency, a song of moving waters. The thrum-hum of so many hearts beating out an ancient human story reaching back through your ancestry to a distant origin. Waters of memory in blood, in bone, in spinal fluids.

Pulsations quickening through capillaries, digestive metamorphosis, lymph flow in responsive attunement, fascia expanding and spiraling with each small twist or gesture. We are the miracle of moving waters conducting the voltage of the ultraviolet light of stars. We are a matrix of life force, of elements, of minerals - a cosmic idea made matter and manifest. We are the intelligence of moving waters.

The art of experiential inquiry is the foundation of Continuum - it’s purpose, it’s intention.

We lay on the ground and breathe. Sensation arises and our attention follows. The simple act of breathing moves the inner waters of our bodyscape. Our sensitivity is exquisite. Breath becomes sound and sound becomes oscillation rippling and swirling through our inner seas. Waves of undulation, a fluency of fluids, a story through movement ensues. Tones reverberate bouncing off membrane and diaphragm. We experience the living waters we are. We dive underneath cognition, expectation. The mind softens and drops back into witness, stunned by the glory of aliveness. Sensation rises to the surface and permeates perception, deepening our capacity to arrive here, in this bodyscape, this incarnational masterpiece.
