A human body is a resonating chamber, an ark of currenting voltage in an undulating cellular sea. Our body is designed to transmit and receive information, memory, visions and ideas through the midline, a conduit between earth and sky. It is permeable, a quantum field humming in resonance, maintaining coherence and harmony. As our bodies interact within the larger fields of collective human bodies, our planetary and the cosmic bodies, we exchange through fields of resonance.

A broadband virtuoso is one who cultivates a wide spectrum, an expanded capacity, with which to navigate the depths and the heights of experience. Our potential to ride the waves of change, of intensity, are about building out the bandwidth for the peaks as well as the troughs of emotion. We are beings of shadow and light and it is our capacity that makes us adaptable, flexible, able to meet the variations in the flux of the field. This is what shapes authentic coherence, allowing us to stay centered in our midline, in our own gnosis. This is true strength, true durability. As we hone capacity, we radiate presence. We beam our light brighter. The Love we are pulses through clearly, emanating our signature song. When presence is established, we recognize ourselves as an oscillating field of light embedded within pan-dimensional realms. We integrate reality and experience paradox as true orientation. The right and left hemispheres of our brain harmonize, restoring equilibrium.

Continuum weaves sound, fluid movement, breath, attention and felt sensation as an experiential pathway to greater capacity. Sound creates vibration, oscillating all cells within the body. Fluid movement is the response to that sound, organically expressing all that we are. As we reorient our attention into felt sensation and breath, we become deeply aware of our engagement with life as an unfolding process. Naturally, over time, tissues release tension, our nervous system regulates, consciousness opens and blooms.

In this retreat we open our voice, focusing on resonance as pre-speech language, exploring our range of sound making. We will probe the human midline through the symbolic language of the Tree of Life, rooted in earth, reaching to the stars. We will enter the temple of the cranial vault and visit the sacred pools along the spine. As a group, we will co-create a human field of resonance, feeling the embodiment of our larger human organism. In this organismic union, each one is distinct and simultaneously, whole. Here, we find our song within the greater spheres of Universal resonance and join the symphony of existence.

Here is the house of spirit, the domain of your soul. In this Cathedral, resonance rings the bells of your belonging. You are a weaving of light, of water, of song. Unlock the temple gates and place your palms on the drum of your heart. Rest along the riverbanks of your back and sink into the crystalline waters of your fluid midline. Notice how the tide of your breath unfurls, opening room upon room, chamber within chamber. This class series is a journey, an exploration, through our sacred human architecture. The invitation is to re-imagine the codified and preconceived notions of body and enter afresh with curiosity and awe. In this season of the Body Cathedral, we will dive into the vast realm of fascia, the gateways of glands, the songs of the cells and the borderlands of plasma. We will dwell in the shrine of the sacred pools in the midline and the holy tree nave of our central nervous system. We will land, over and over, in the eternity of presence - every movement, a prayer, every sound, sustenance. Here, we surrender the incessant thoughts of mind into the song of Being. In the Cathedral of our body, we establish firm footing in the truth of our authentic knowing.

Continuum is our art and tool for experiential gnosis. Fluid movement, sound/vibration, felt sensation, attention and breath are guides and teachers for our journey. This online series is a longer format for diving deeper, lingering longer. We will spend two classes on each aspect of architecture. Every class will consist of content, a laying out and teaching of an experiential Continuum dive, time to practice the dive and a check in. All classes are on Zoom, recorded and uploaded to Dropbox.

2026 will continue to invite us all into deeper intrinsic resourcing. We need to be with ourselves; listen, attune, empty out and cultivate our unique frequency of presence. Many of us feel the hunger of evolution bearing down, raw and demanding. We are peeling off the identities of past selves, no longer relevant in this space of suspension and transition. We are collectively in the space between an old paradigm and a new one birthing.

Continuum offers solace, inspiries curiosity, lands us in deeptime langauge of sound and movement. Here, we listen, we feel our way through uncertainty, we discover a greater womb of consciousness in which to gestate. Gel and sol, form and formless. We open to mystery, to magic, to imaginal scapes and multi-realms.

The intention of this series is simple. To support your personal exploration and cultivate consistency in your practice. Once a month, February through July, I will make a video laying out a dive. These dives will be inspired and influenced by the field, by astrological and cosmic influences, by what is arriving, current and relevant in that time. They will arrive in your inbox by the 5th of the month, a link to the video and written dive instructions. The invitation is to work with this dive through the month, share with me if you like via email or audio recording.

Our future dawns before our eyes and our hearts. Together, we stand at a precipice; a world dissolving as a new world is being born. In this liminal portal, we find ourselves making our way out of a familiar and known orientation and into a new and unknown orientation. For many of us, this is a confusing and terrifying gauntlet of change. How do we shift from resistance and rigidity to flow and flexibility, from the predictable and mechanistic to the unpredictable and metamorphic? We are all participants in this creation of what is to be.

I offer guidance through the overwhelm of our ever-complexifying life experience into a centered alignment within yourself. Discovering and reinforcing this alignment shifts the overwhelm into flow and resilience. Learning to move in and through the dynamic range of changes and unexpected situations that arise creates the pathway for dancing with unpredictable outcomes. As a personal way-shower, I support you in reinforcing and anchoring the deep midline of one’s true self to clear out and parse through the old and outdated, creating space for the next and new. Together, we unveil the potential to allow for context regeneration, inviting in fierce grace for each moment of life.

I mentor the you buried under by cultural demands and identity constructs that no longer serve. This threshold phase of expansion and acceleration is a golden window of opportunity for re-worthing and re-valuing your personal gifts, talents, passions and strengths as a course correct into authentic expression as well as being of service to our larger collective.
