We are a body of water, a sea of vibrant light conducted and contained, designed for moving on land. We are radiance in buoyancy, a bio-intelligence architected through fluid dynamics. This radiance is the voltage of our being, experienced as emotion, felt as sensation. To know ourselves is to innerstand our voltage, our emotions, to learn from our sensations. This ocean body is guide to this phenomenal realm and Nature is our teacher. How we move is how we think and when we move as water moves, we move as Love.

Continuum is art of fluidity in form. Fascia, our connective tissue, is our “inner-net”, a network of structured water in communion as wholeness. When we drop our awareness below the horizon of mentalizing, we sink into ancient perceptual realms. Here, sensation flowers in ripples and waves. Our aqueous essence rises to the surface. Undulation awakens our fluid intelligence and enlivenment blooms into being.

Love is encompassing, all our human emotions in pervasive symphony. Continuum is a context that allows for the fullness of our experience as humans to be felt and through feeling, to be recognized through the great perceiver, our own heart. Here in the heart, we alchemize forgiveness into acceptance, grief into gratitude, agony into rapture. Here, in these waters of Love, the ocean of existence is accomplished. When we move as Love, we embody our wholeness.

In this 3-day immersion, we will dive deep into fluid dynamics, activating and opening our capacity to move as water moves. Through this sensitive liquescence, we find ourselves suspended in potent fields of attention and presence.

This is a time of remembrance.
A new paradigm is birthing through us and the soul of the world. We are breaking open the limits of duality to the deeper truth of paradox. We are finding ways to penetrate amnesia, to gaze farther out and deeper in. Our sacred longing is to know ourselves, our origins and our purpose. Through our reaching, we are uncovering an ancient past that extends well beyond 12,000 years into earlier epochs of human civilization. Many of our ancient indigenous communities have held their doctrines and stories of origin intact for tens of thousands of years. They all share a common source. They believe - they know - they are from the Stars.

The mitochondria of our cells is made up of exquisitely folded light, the ultraviolet light of a star, incomprehensibly compressed and exponentially potent. This ancient light is a primordial source fueling the experiment of consciousness through the human potential to experience and express. We are a process of continuous metamorphosis, each an engineer and artist of life force.

Continuum offers us a context to deeply embody by enlivening the waters within and the light it conducts. When we activate these source waters, we increase the conductivity of our ultraviolet light, penetrating amnesia and opening remembrance. It is through our own felt-sense experience that we shift belief, that we come into a greater coherence and perspective.

In this 7 day retreat we will dive into the Star Lineages of ancient indigenous peoples with a particular focus on the Mu of pre-Hawaiian origin. It is through the portal of these indigenous wisdoms that we cultivate a reorientation to our unfolding paradigm of paradox into a new embodiment encompassing a greater octave of coherence.

Ours is a world in flux and flame, in continuous metamorphosis and on fire with evolutionary purposiveness. We are being challenged to perceive ourselves afresh, to open our minds and live into curiosity.  Amidst roiling sea change, where learning to adapt to constant movement of surface to depths, opens capacities we need and perhaps didn’t even know we had. Continuum cultivates the art of engagement, our abiding willingness and skill to be in the experience; an encompassing embodiment; a wide view into realms unknown. Deepening our commitment to this embodied experience is a necessity in waters this dynamic and in such powerful phase transitions. As we Dive, we source the wellspring of our native biological and quantum intelligence, bringing all our strengths and wisdom forward to access and share. Bearing our inner gifts out into the world is balm and sustenance for an individual and a world in transformation. Each one of us, a unique pearl in this ocean, emerging from a hard encasement of shell and comfort to reveal and shine our radiant heart as gift and service. Surfing winds and waves of an ocean in mutability, we find new agility and ease. Diving under waves, we sink into quiet depths of stillpoint and rest, re-membering we are all of existence, divinity embodied.

This in-person, bi-weekly 2 hour class is drumbeat and rhythm in the pulsations of time, a place to return to and gather with self and others in collective intent and practice. Each class inquiry will lean into forwarding and supporting us in our ongoing, shapeshifting context and contain a long dive experience. New sounds will be woven into new inquirIes ~~~ 

All our western beliefs are being challenged by the incontrovertible revelations that our story of origin is mistaken. The existential dilemma we find ourselves in requires a leap into a much greater story of genesis, one that our ancient indigenous brothers and sisters have held sacred for tens of thousands of years. It is the story of origin from the stars.

A profound and deep desire, a sacred longing to know who we are and where we come from drives all our existential inquires across science, art, religion and spirituality. Now, we are being given an opportunity to re-member and reorient ourselves into a larger context, a perspective that encompasses our galactic and universal metacontext. A confluence of new discoveries and understanding through several different sciences are confirming and validating much of what ancient indigenous peoples have been saying all along - our earthly origins reach back well beyond 12,000 years into multiple epochs, sourcing our origins in the stars.

Many Indigenous cultures share a common thread in their stories and doctrines of origin. They believe - they know - they are from the stars. The Dogon tribe of Mali, West Africa orient from the star Sirius, the Australian indigenous peoples from the M42 nebulae in the belt of Orion. The indigenous people of the pre-Hawaiian culture of Mu have a complex doctrine involving multiple star systems. These doctrines contain practical wisdom concerning living in right relationship with each other, with Nature and with being a planetary and cosmic process in continuous flux and flow.

In this class series, we will learn about and explore five different star lineages, taking each one into an experiential embodied inquiry through the art of Continuum. Continuum, as a practice of consciousness, has the capacity to penetrate amnesia, allowing memories in our cells to emerge through sensation, symbol and emotion. It is through our internal experience and knowing that we cultivate emergence into a new paradigm.

Enter the holy realm of your body.
Here is the house of spirit, the domain of your soul. In this Cathedral, resonance rings the bells of your belonging.
You are a weaving of water, of light and of song.
Re-enter the temple gates and place your hands on the drum of your heart. Rest along the river banks of your back and sink into the waters of your fluid midline. Notice how the tide of your breath unfurls, opening room upon room, chamber within chamber. Feel the waves that ripple through your inner sea and spread into the great lakes of your legs, open the tributaries of your arms. Behold the luminous light beaming from the great sun of your heart.
This is a journey through our sacred architecture. In this class we will re-imagine our preconceived notions of body and enter afresh with curiosity and awe. We will explore skeletal, membrane, tissue and gland. We will take up residence in the community of the belly, in the brilliant solar field of the heart, in the celestial vault of the cranium. We will rediscover our feet, our root, our hands. Here, every movement is prayer, every sound is blessing. Here, we surrender the incessant thoughts of mind into the song of Being.
In the Cathedral of our body, we find our axis and alignment, establishing firm footing in the truth of our authentic knowing. Continuum is our art and tool for experiential gnosis. Movement, sound/vibration, felt sensation, attention and breath are guides and teachers for our journey.

Each class will focus on a different aspect of architecture. Every class will consist of content, a laying out and teaching of an experiential Continuum dive, time to practice the dive and a check in. All classes are on Zoom, recorded and uploaded to Dropbox.

Our future dawns before our eyes and our hearts. Together, we stand at a precipice; a world dissolving as a new world is being born. In this liminal portal, we find ourselves making our way out of a familiar and known orientation and into a new and unknown orientation. For many of us, this is a confusing and terrifying gauntlet of change. How do we shift from resistance and rigidity to flow and flexibility, from the predictable and mechanistic to the unpredictable and metamorphic? We are all participants in this creation of what is to be.

I offer guidance through the overwhelm of our ever-complexifying life experience into a centered alignment within yourself. Discovering and reinforcing this alignment shifts the overwhelm into flow and resilience. Learning to move in and through the dynamic range of changes and unexpected situations that arise creates the pathway for dancing with unpredictable outcomes. As a personal way-shower, I support you in reinforcing and anchoring the deep midline of one’s true self to clear out and parse through the old and outdated, creating space for the next and new. Together, we unveil the potential to allow for context regeneration, inviting in fierce grace for each moment of life.

I mentor the you buried under by cultural demands and identity constructs that no longer serve. This threshold phase of expansion and acceleration is a golden window of opportunity for re-worthing and re-valuing your personal gifts, talents, passions and strengths as a course correct into authentic expression as well as being of service to our larger collective. I guide and support the growing bud of innate intuition emerging from your essential self.
