Buoyancy ~ Expressing your Natural Joy through Embodiment
Expressing your Natural Joy through Embodiment ~ A Continuum Introduction
Mana Mauna Studio in Mountain View, Hawaii
January 13-15, 2027
A joyful body expresses a lightness of being. A buoyant body floats. There is levity, resilience. This is a body unencumbered by density and allows the weight of grief to transform into acceptance and compassion. A buoyant body sustains a buoyant mind, a buoyant heart. It is a balance point in the continuum of human feeling and sensation, a cellular remembrance of grace.

Continuum is a self-directed, somatic practice that meets every layer of our being. Weaving breath, sound/vibration, fluid movement, attention and felt sensation, we enter the direct experience and language of our body, gently opening space and releasing tensions long held in our tissues.
Continuum allows each person to move at their own pace with curiosity. It is through our attention, moment by moment, that we reenter the field of sensation and feeling, discovering new movement. Here, we experience ourselves freshly, reclaiming a depth of aliveness and joyful embodiment.
In this Introduction to Continuum, we will explore:
~ How sound impulses deepen sensation
~ Fluid movement as the movement of love & consciousness
~ Opening the breath
~ Spaciousness as joy
~ Buoyancy in the spine, heart and head
~ The dance of gravity and levity
