The Cosmic Body: Continuum, Creativity & Fierce Imagination with guest teacher, Suzanne Wright Crain

In this Continuum and art workshop we will fiercely imagine what is possible by growing the neurology to work collaboratively with the subtle realms of imagination & body process.

In this Continuum and art workshop we will fiercely imagine what is possible by growing the neurology to work collaboratively with the subtle realms of imagination & body process. Through the practice of Continuum, movement explorations invite a call and response, opening space for Living Water (water collected from a living source like springs, rivers, the ocean, etc.) to inform our process. We are called to express what is alive in us onto canvas, paper and cloth. Our dialog is interactive and visible, a potent messenger carrying information, collaborating with us to find and create meaning for our personal and collective journeys. Fierce imagination opens us to relationship with our inner ecology, laying in resources called DreamApps. This indigenous technology allows us to be in deeper exchange with our body process.

Some of our cell receptors have the ability to respond to imaginal stimuli, which means we can use our imagination to change our physiology. Being in conversation with our unique individual DreamApps gives us access to internal resources that tap our organisms innate ability for health, vitality and regeneration.  When we exercise our ability to resource these subtle realms, we gain and strengthen access to a modern indigenosity that is both sustainable and essential. Increasing our capacity to survive & thrive benefits humanity as a whole. Creating ongoing discourse with these realms bring us into a resonant rapport and increases sustainable relationship and engagement with Earth.
